Our bee pollen is collected from the hives each day and immediately stored in the freezer. This keeps the pollen at the ultimate freshness. Our pollen has never been dried, so it still has all of the enzymes and nectar still present. If you’ve ever had dried pollen, you will be able to taste a noticeable difference. * This is a frozen item, but will be shipped dry to your location. Once you receive your bee pollen, we recommend that you refreeze the product and keep it frozen until ready to use.
